1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the abs333 website, mobile app, and all digital services provided under the abs333.win domain.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the abs333 platform.
• "Company" — refers to abs333 and all related entities that operate this platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total amount of funds in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives granted by abs333 to members.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the abs333 platform in any way, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the abs333 platform.

3Eligibility & Registration

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements.

Abs333 reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time. Should a member be found not to meet the eligibility requirements, abs333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account immediately without liability.

Each user is only permitted to have one account only on the abs333 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

4User Account

Your abs333 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including those carried out by third parties using your login credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Ensure all personal information in your profile is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Notify abs333 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not using any third-party software, bots, or automation to access or interact with the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Abs333 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time. Documents that may be required include your identification card, utility bill, or other documents confirming your identity and address.

5Deposit & Withdrawal

Abs333 provides a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 3 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Abs333 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via approved payment methods.
• Deposits made via unapproved methods will not be credited and may be non-refundable.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed.
• Abs333 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

6Bonus & Promotions

Abs333 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all abs333 bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonuses may not be used to transfer funds between accounts or for any purpose other than playing on the abs333 platform.

7Game Rules

All games available on the abs333 platform have their own rules accessible within each game. Members are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.

• Game results generated by the system using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and non-disputable.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, abs333 will investigate and make a decision based on available system records.
• Wins arising from technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs will not be paid out, and abs333 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.
• All confirmed bets are binding and cannot be cancelled once the game has started.

8Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the abs333 platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different information.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any suspicious financial activity.

• Using another person's account even with the account owner's permission.

9Account Termination

An abs333 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

By registering at abs333, you agree to:

11Liability Limit

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Game outcomes that do not favour you in games using a certified RNG.

Abs333's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim, except in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud on the part of abs333.
